Stated below are the itemized return policies of Lulumari Inc. Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand the return policies stated here.

Order cancellations must be requested in written form via e-mail.
No cancellations will be accepted after shipment.

All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Claims made after the indicated date will not be honored.

Claims for returns must be made within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Claims made after 2 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. E-mail return inquiries to Sales@Lulumari.com

Conditions for returns are as follows:
1) All pre-packed merchandise must be returned together.
2) All merchandise must be in its original manufacturer's bag
3) All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

No refunds. Exchange or merchandise credit only.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All returns must be issued a return authorization number and form. All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.
